Beverly Popielski
Beverly, who is a Middleton resident and a full-time Realtor®/Notary, has helped many clients buy and sell real estate on the North Shore for more than 30 years. “Whether you are buying or selling a home, it is one of the most important investments people make in their lives,” she says, “and it is a great feeling to be able to help them achieve their goals.”
Beverly also has a comprehensive knowledge of land acquisition and development from the permitting process through construction. She is very proud of the sub-divisions she has helped to create and to market successfully.
Very active in her community, Beverly has served in various capacities including serving as a Brownie Troop Leader and Boy Scouts’ Den Mother in addition to being instrumental in organizing the very first “Sixth Grade Banquet” for the How Manning graduating class entering Masconomet Jr. High School. She has been on the Middleton Planning Board for 23 years and recently received a Community Service Award. Beverly also serves on the Zoning By-law Committee as well as the School Building Committee, which is working on building the new Howe Manning Elementary School.
